Vargas Landscaping & Sod Services Co. has been proudly serving the Sarasota Florida community and surrounding areas since 2005!
Jose Vargas himself, has been providing service to the Sarasota area since the early 90’s. Mr. Vargas acquired his landscaping experience gratefully working and managing Bayside Sod for the Bispham family, where his proficiency for Florida plants along with landscaping began.
Jose Vargas learned a great deal during his time at Bayside Sod, like Sod maintenance and growth, as well as learning a great deal about the variety of species of Palm trees along with native Southern Oak trees. With this knowledge Mr. Vargas grew in recognition among other landscaping companies that conducted business with Bayside Sod. Mr. Vargas began doing his own landscaping projects on the weekends in the 90’s while Sarasota was growing exponentially.

In good time, before Mr. Paul Jack Bispham’s retirement from Bayside Sod in the early 2000’s, Jose Vargas embarked on pursuit of the American Dream and independently started to work on his terms serving numerous clients before his foundation in 2005.
Over many years, Vargas Landscaping & Sod Services Co., has established relationships with countless companies in the industry, along with other neighboring trades.
